Lagardère, Zayed International Airport

At Zayed International Airport Terminal A, Blue Rhine Industries delivered a high-traffic signage and AV infrastructure package designed for one of the region’s most advanced passenger environments. The scope supported 21 retail stores and 6 F&B outlets, combining static and digital signage, LCD screens, video walls, animated lighting, decorative cladding, audio systems, and a 70m LED ticker screen.

A key feature of the project was the integration of an 11 sqm custom double-curved LED screen with P6mm pixel pitch technology, designed to sit seamlessly within the airport’s architectural environment. Alongside the visual systems, our team engineered a zone-controlled background music system to help manage ambient airport noise while supporting the terminal’s Arabian Sand Dunes acoustic aesthetic.

Built for a mission-critical 24/7 transit environment, the system was designed to remain reliable under constant passenger flow. By bringing together digital media, soundscaping, lighting, and retail signage, the project helped create a more immersive airport retail journey, encouraging longer dwell time while making the physical space feel more connected, engaging, and easier to experience.
