TECOM Group partnered with Blue Rhine Industries to manufacture, supply and install an extensive range of signage across several of Dubai’s leading business, academic and innovation communities. The portfolio included projects within Dubai Science Park, Innovation Hub, the Butterfly Building, Dubai Media City Amphitheatre parking and Dubai International Academic City, among other destinations.

Our scope covered external identification and directional signage, internal wayfinding, health-and-safety applications, door signs and parking management systems. Each location serves a different combination of residents, students, entrepreneurs, employees, visitors and service teams, making clear and dependable navigation essential to the everyday operation of the wider communities.

Through consistent fabrication standards and carefully coordinated installations, the signage helps people move confidently through campuses, commercial buildings, public areas and parking environments. Collectively, the projects support the development of connected communities across some of Dubai’s most influential educational, media, scientific and entrepreneurial districts.
