Dubai Creek Harbour

Blue Rhine Industries fabricated over 50 wayfinding signs in a short space of time to coincide with the opening of the first visitors and residents to Dubai Creek Harbour. We worked with the consultant to develop the map and we provided the structural calculations for all signs including a six-meter gantry sign that leads to the main underground Car Park.

The pedestrian and vehicular signs were installed on the street posts to integrate into the existing furniture. The frames were made of 12mm mild steel which were bent into shape and powder coated dark grey. The main body of the signs were made from aluminium, powder coated light grey with screen printed graphics.

A light strip was added to the signs for illumination at night and are IP67 rated. The graphics on the map are interchangeable and have been applied on digitally printed clear vinyl. The final result is a consistent set of wayfinding signs that utilise the existing features at site.
