As regional airports undergo upgrades and construct new terminals, we are presented with an opportunity to depart from traditional design approaches. This transformation allows us to reimagine the passenger experience, tailoring it to be on-demand, contactless, and highly efficient. The digitization of airports will empower passengers with a customized end-to-end journey, opening doors to fresh retail and commercial revenue streams.
From the implementation of digital signage to advanced queue management and artificial intelligence, the airport landscape is evolving rapidly. Not only that, we have designed kiosk with inclusivity in mind. We’ve ensured that all passengers, including those with limited mobility, can benefit from its capabilities. This includes incorporating sign language features and a flexible screen to accommodate wheelchair users. Our commitment to making air travel easier and enjoyable for everyone drives our innovative solutions. Enhancements in baggage handling and tracking have also significantly improved the travel experience.
