The Dubai based Mashreq Bank is the oldest privately owned bank in the UAE. Founded as the Bank of Oman in 1967, Mashreq was the first UAE bank to install ATM cash dispensers, the first to issue debit and credit cards and the first to introduce consumer loans. Today Mashreq provides conventional and Islamic personal banking services including deposits, loans and credit cards; conventional and Islamic investment banking services including corporate finance and investment advisory on mergers and acquisitions.

Mashreq has 12 overseas offices in nine countries, including Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa.

Blue Rhine Industries were tasked with branding various location in UAE including branches, drive through ATM’s and stores in Shopping Malls.

We surveyed each location to ensure the design proposals were suitable and we prototyped and sampled each type of sign including supersized graphics, projecting signs, bulkhead signs, reception ID’s and illuminated letters for client approval.

The gradient on the Mashreq logo was printed on our in-house machine and matched Mashreq’s brand guidelines. The logos were all tested and quality controlled by our team of specialists and the light output was analysed in our dark room with our lux level meters.

Blue Rhine Industries managed all permits from the local authorities and the procurement and fabrication process strictly to ensure the timeline for each location was met. Our experienced team of installers worked efficiently to minimise time on site in order to handover and close out the job in a timely manner.
