Takshila joined Blue Rhine Industries with 12 years of experience in Human Resources. She has done Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Tier-1 Engineering College of India and has master’s degree in Computer Applications. She has also done post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from India’s Ministry of Science and Technology. She has gained ample experience in ERP implementation for the whole HR domain, including succession planning, manpower planning, performance management, skill mapping, payroll, and HR administration, over the years. With an understanding of the importance of digital transformation in today’s global landscape, she joined Blue Rhine Industries to revamp the HR process. She has built a number of solutions to digitize the HR process in order to make life more convenient for Blue Rhine Industries’ employees and staff.
